Since 2011, my 2003 Honda S2000 has been serviced by the folks at PR Motorsports. Hector is a knowledgeable mechanic with years of experience on Japanese roadsters and Laura, the front office manager, cares deeply about her customers' satisfaction. Honest, extremely competent, and delivering on time at really fair prices, I feel that my vehicle is in very good hands at this shop. Highly recommended.

PR Motorsports has been my go-to shop for my 2004 RSX repairs for many years now. A recent story to illustrate the difference between world class customer service and its opposite: I needed a replacement factory windshield that can only be obtained via a dealer. I called the Acura dealer with whom I have been a long-time customer since I bought the car from them in 2003 to request a quote. A receptionist took my call, looked up my records and said they would get right back to me. The afternoon passed with no call. The next business day I called again and I was told that my request would be expedited and tracked for response. Waited all day no call back. So I called another Acura dealer on the third day, and the receptionist told me that there was no need to wait on the line, I would get a call back as soon as the next service rep was available. After waiting for many hours I called PR Motorsports. I got my quote in FIVE MINUTES, and an offer to order the part for me and hire a glass company to handle the install! Do either of these dealers know or care that they just lost a customer, one who will be steering business away from them? Do they even understand what CUSTOMER service is all about? My assumption is that this was a repair they did not want to trouble themselves with. PR Motorsports gets it, and that's why I am a vocally loyal customer. I started taking my wife's 2000 Solara there after poor experiences with Pep Boys and a local garage (that totally botched a valve job). These are quality technicians who get it right the first time. They offer competitive pricing and top tier customer care. How often does a business follow up in person after service to make sure you are satisfied? They will not do any work not required, but will offer detailed advice on what might be needed now or in the future to keep your car running well. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to keep you coming back, without pressuring you. For example, recently I brought the car there because I was having problems starting it up. They took me right away, spent an hour looking for the problem, could not reproduce it, let me know it could be any number of issues but did not want to just start throwing expensive parts and labor at it.
