I always get great advice I can trust from Hector and Laura. Hector finds all the possible issues for my Miata '99 and then gets it fixed. Their technical explanations delivered in a courteous, friendly, and cheerful demeanor assuages the parting of my hard earned cash. In sum, you will find expert technical craftsmanship done quickly for a reasonable price.

I don't even know where to start....I bought my Infiniti G37 last year, took it to a mechanic to get it looked over, it was having some issues (felt like possible transmission problems) had two transmission flushes, and l still was experiencing the same thing, but now it was getting worse. Went back to my mechanic to let him know it was getting worse, he tells me, "well you know, Patricia...we talked about having to replace the transmission, let me know when you want to address it." I wasn't ready to address spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to replace a transmission in a car, that I just bought the year before, nor did I have the funds to do so. Im disabled, and living on SSI...the gloom started to set in. I did some research, and stumbled onto PR MOTORS. The reviews were thru the roof!.. There was one that caught my eye tho... this customer was complaining about his transmission too, and brought it to PR MOTORS. He said he had "Hector" looked at it, and told him that he had to replace a $50.00 broken piece, replaced it and it was running PERFECT! I was convinced that I HAD TO GIVE THIS PLACE A CALL! I called and talked to "Laura"...can I just say, that this lil lady KNOWS HER STUFF! She made an appointment for me for the following Monday to bring it in to get it looked at. I came in to find out, that they were not going to charge me a diagnostic fee, they wanted to see what was what first, in case it was really nothing, it varies with every customer. I thought, now that makes sense...so Hector drove the car, pulled it in, and came back informing me that it was LOW ON TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!...NOW, THIS IS WHEN IT GETS GOOD!......So, Laura, informs me that Infiniti has SEVERAL kinds of transmission fluid. ( like 20 different kinds!), they didn't have on hand the one for my car, so I had to wait a few hours to get the fluid to them. I explained to her, more fully what i was experiencing with my car, and she said it sounded like a beginning of a 1st gear slip, BUT not to worry or stress, YET, let Hector put the fluid in, and take it from there. So a few hours later, I get a call from Laura, she says, Patricia, Hector has drove your car around and guess what?....HE DOESNT FEEL IT ANYMORE! I was SO EXCITED, I STARTED CRYING!! I went back, talked to Hector, he said that he drove it around when he first got it, and he noticed the problem and difference RIGHT AWAY, but now....NOTHING! I paid them, thanked them, and as soon as I put it in reverse, I COULD FEEL THE DIFFERNCE!!!! OF COURSE, BEING AN EX-BIKE RIDER, I TORE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT, ASTONISHED!!! IT WAS FIXED!!! NO NEW TRANSMISSION !!!! I'VE FOUND MY NEW MECHANIC FOR LIFE. Laura and Hector, I want to thank you, from the bottom of my disabled heart, for solving this VERY EXPENSIVE POTENTIAL PROBLEM ($11,000 for new transmission) for under $190.00. I am forever grateful to you and your knowledge, honesty, and overall know how. I hope you have room for one more family member, because you have a customer for LIFE.

Took my 2016 Civic in for an AC issue. Laura and Hector were both very kind and professional. Hector took the time to analysis the problem and explain to me what needs to be done. I was not charged the initial $90 for the diagnostic because Hector was able to determine the issue within minutes. Thank you, both Laura and Hector for a good customer service experience!

Took in a NB for a pre-purchase inspection back in May and they were able to squeeze me in when I called the day before. It took about 1.5-2 hours but they are very thorough. Laura and Hector were able to identify and pinpoint to me any issue about the vehicle and advised me about any preventative maintenance post-purchase based on condition and mileage. Thanks to them, it was smooth sailing with the purchasing process and left with a great deal. Would recommend.
